Name: Chinese Goddess Nüwa

Nüwa, the mother, the sister, the repairer,
emperor, wife and creator - all in all one
fine Goddess. She is praised in many songs
and stories from far back in the Han Dynasty
- the second imperial dynasty of China.
The Repairer - this is her earliest role - the up-
keep and maintenance of the Wall of Heaven.
This was a pretty serious job because if the
wall collapsed all would be annihilated.
The Goddess - the Miao, considered one of
the first people to settle in China revere
Nüwa as the divine goddess.
The Creator - She was all that existed, she
was lonely and began to create animals and
on the seventh day she created man by
moulding yellow clay.
This is only a small part of what Nüwa achiev-
ed but she never boasted or expected acclaim
even when transporting ghosts to heaven or
killing the black dragon or stopping the flood
or melting the 5 coloured rocks.
What a wonderful Goddess.

Title: Franken Fran
Author: Katsuhisa Kigitsu

Franken Fran (Furanken Furan) is a manga from Katsuhisa Kigitsu. It started appearing in Akita Shoten's Champion Red magazine in September 2006 and it is ongoing. It is a comedy horror starring Fran–a patched up synthetic beauty with an expertise in anatomical remodeling technologies, which she employs in the service of various people.

Chapter 34: The Kannon
A group of fishermen find a giant dead girl washed up on the shore. She seemingly died from exhaustion in the sea. A man who owns the stretch of shore claims ownership of the corpse, and plans to make a fortune out of her. Fran concludes that she is a similar creature to the girl in Chapter 17 "Sea Monster", only less whale-like, and therefore an early experiment. She revives the girl through an artificial heart transplant. As the girl rises, Fran notes that the girl has love-bites on her neck and was likely popular among her kind. Her kind come for her and she drifts off into the sea, ironically, much to the man's misfortune.

Name: Everything you always wanted ....
"What happens during ejaculation?"

Taking a cue from "Fantastic Voyage", we see
the bureaucratic inner workings of one man's
body, including the control tower (conducted
by Tony Randall and Burt Reynolds), the sto-
mach (trying to process an unexpected order
of fettuccini), the tongue (lubricated and
rolled-out just in time to receive a kiss), and
the penis (powered by sweaty men in work-
man's overalls).
Woody shows up as a sperm, having second
thoughts about ever volunteering for duty
("I hear some guys smash their heads on a
hard, rubber wall!"). It is a great piece of
satire, towering over the lukewarm parody of
the rest of the pieces.
Something tells me this last scene would have
made a great feature-length movie itself.

MBS's comedy and tokusatsu series Kodai
Shoujo Dogu-chan (The Ancient Dogoo Girl)
is returning with a sequel this fall. The sequel
will be entitled Kodai Shoujotai Dogoon V
(Ancient Girl Squad Dogoon 5). Actress Erika
Yazawa will reprise her role as Dogu-chan
and will joined by a new group of girls.
Kodai Shojotai Dogoon V will introduce a
new group of five female apprentice yokai
hunters, clad in clay bikini. The members of
the group are the Doki Doki Wave-shooting
Doji-chan (Misaki Momose), the battler Doro-
chan (Rina Takeda), the super-strong Doka-
chan (Manami Nomoto), the nurse Dore-chan
and the dreamer Dori-chan.
Plot:
A wife discovers that she is betrayed by her
husband. Two demons transform her into a
giantess. Now she takes revenge on her hus-
band and his lover. Later she has to battle
one of the Dogoon girls, who is turned into a
giantess too.
