Name: The Minikins
"The Minikins" was a Canadian TV series from 1981.
It's a show for children and lasts only 12 episodes.
Plot:
Architect Paul Herman is building a hotel resort on a
tropical island along with his family. However, a group
of humans known as the Minikins, who are about a small
fraction of regular human size and talk at a high pitch,
shrunk Paul to their size through use of a special plant
called the Reducing Berry. They promise him to return him
to his normal size if they stop the construction.
Three of the Minikins, Albi, Dido and Pincus decide to tag
along so that he would not get into trouble.

Name: Fairy Tail
The anime series follows the adventures of Lucy Heartfilia,
a teenage wizard who joins the titular wizards' guild and
teams up with fellow guild member Natsu Dragneel as he
searches for the dragon Igneel.
Episode 33: Tower of Heaven
Loke gives Lucy and the others passports to the Fiore King-
dom's best resort as thanks for saving him. While on vacation
there, Erza is haunted by glimpses from her past as a slave
forced to build the Tower of Heaven. She and Happy are later
abducted by Erza's former friends from the tower, who believe
that she had betrayed them, and are taken to the tower to meet
Jellal.
While the main characters are taking a vacation to the Kingdom’s
best resort they get interrupted by a group of people whom attacks
them. One of the villains has the ability to turn people into cards,
where people can still move inside the cards and can reach a little
bit outside the surface of the cards. At aftermath of the attack, Lucy
whom was left behind tied up unable to set herself free by herself
noticed that the people that’s trapped within the cards scattered all
around her. She asks the man in a bird suit who is the closest to her
binds to set her free when she noticed that they can reach outside a
little. Once freed, Lucy picks the bird suit man card up and kissed him.
